Terms of service – Nioomi partner program
1. Nioomi partner program
Nioomi operates the "partner program." The partner (the referring company or person) receives a one-time payment of 600,- Euro for each Nioomi-talent that is hired (only full-time placement, no internships or contract jobs) by the referred client within 18 months after the referral was approved.
Two factors must be met for there to be a payout of the amount of € 600,- within the partner program:
1. The date of signing the contract between the talent and the client is within the time window of 18 months after the approval of the client.
2. The prerequisite for the payment is that the talent has completed at least one working day at the named company.
To participate in the referral program, creating a Nioomi company account is currently mandatory. The referral must be made via the referral function provided by Nioomi in a connected tracking link.
2. Acceptance criteria – clients
Nioomi is only offering its service to non-staffing companies or self-employed headhunters. The referring partner will be informed via mail if the referral is accepted by Nioomi.
3. Payment
In case of a successful placement at your referral, we will need your account information in order to send you the cash reward of 600,- Euro. As soon as the talent has finished his/her first working day at the respective client, we will contact you in order to obtain the corresponding account information from you. Nioomi will credit the cash reward within four (4) weeks after the referred friend has finished his/her first working day in the Nioomi-related company.
4. Modifications and termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
We are not responsible for any technical issues that prevent referrals from being properly tracked or credited.
6. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. If the user is a resident of the EU, the user shall not be deprived of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection law of their country of residence. If the user takes legal action, the action must be filed with a German court or with the court of the user's country of residence.
