• Who can I refer? removeadd
  You can refer any tech expert (engineer, product, or design) with 3+ years of work experience and full proficiency in English and/or German. Please note that anyone who's previously received a referral invitation is not eligible.

• How do I send a referral? removeadd
  Please note: You must have received acceptance to the Nioomi talent pool to access the referral program.

  1. Sign in to nioomi.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.
  3. Click "Refer a friend".
  4. Find your personal link, and share it wherever you'd like.
• How do I know if my friend received their invitation? removeadd
  You can track your friends' progress as soon as they sign up.
• Will I still get credit if my friend signs up with a different email address? removeadd
  As long as your friend signs up for an account with the referral link in your invitation, you'll earn a cash reward as soon as your friend completes their first working day in Germany. They don't need to use the email address where you sent the invite to sign up for Nioomi.
  If your friend receives referrals from multiple senders, only the sender of the used referral link will earn the cash reward.
• When do I get my cash reward? removeadd
  About 2-3 weeks after the person you refer completes their first working day in Germany with an employer recruited through Nioomi, we'll send your reward directly to your account. Depending on your payout method, the funds can take another 1–7 days to arrive in your account.
  If your referral is successful, we will require your account information to send you the cash reward. We will contact you as once this happens to obtain your account information.
• Does the referral expire? removeadd
  Yes. To qualify for your cash reward, the person you refer needs to sign up and create a job profile within 90 days of acting on the referral by clicking your unique link. When the person has the first day of work does not matter if the time limit for creating a profile has been met.
• How many referrals can I make? removeadd
  You can earn a cash reward for a maximum of 25 referrals. But there's no limit to how many referrals you can send out.
