Quality Assurance Manager - CRM Tech (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for our client, an international e-commerce group with more than 45 million monthly active users headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.
Join our client’s BI/CRM Unit, providing personalized & intelligent recommendations, product sorting and mailing- and push notifications to our customers based on their historical consuming behaviour. We work with over 15 million real-time API calls per hour and a very large amount of data to provide the best shopping experience for our customers!
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize bug reports or bug tickets from stakeholders, always keeping their business value in mind
- Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
- Design testing plans & coordinate testing to ensure the delivery of quality features
- Reproduce and provide insights into bugs, using monitoring & logging tools
- Performing manual tests and providing final approval prior to release in an agile workflow
Skills
Qualifications
- You have 3 years of experience in quality assurance, functional testing of APIs or backend applications
- You enjoy working with complex technical systems and backend processes
- You’re proficient in working with APIs and databases, leveraging tech like Postman or SQL for effective testing
- You focus on the details but always keep the business value of software in mind
- You are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environment
- You possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
- You speak and write English fluently
