Technical Project Manager - Carrier Integrations (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager for our client, an international e-commerce group with more than 45 million monthly active users headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.

Join our client’s Fulfillment Tech Enabling Team, which is responsible for efficient and stable system solutions connecting the internal systems with external logistics-driven systems, e.g. warehouse management systems. With an excellent sense of logistical business processes and deep knowledge of our systems, we ensure the daily processing of thousands of parcels and a smooth customer experience within the delivery process.

• Manage external stakeholders in regard to priorities, timelines and project management setup
• Support external service providers with integrations of external carrier endpoints for label generation, collection points or similar
• Ensure handling of tech operational issues with carriers and warehouses
• Maintain documentation of carrier integrations and detailed requirements

• Completed studies in business administration (ideally with a focus on supply chain management or logistics) or business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Ideally, already first practical experience with product management/business analysis in internships or working student jobs
• Very good written and spoken English skills
