Senior ABAP Developer (m/f/d)

• Responsible for the strategic further development of IT applications and processes in the supply area, creating sustainable, innovative, and scalable solutions for the future.
• As an End-to-End Lead Developer, work directly with Lead Developers on growth strategy initiatives and play a key role in the renewal of ERP systems through SAP S/4HANA.
• Lateral leadership of 3 Lead Developers with >10 developers onsite, nearshore, and offshore.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external developers for global implementation and rollout projects.

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming (Test Driven Development, Clean Code, Design Patterns)
• Lateral leadership experience, e.g., as a technical project manager in large projects leading other development teams
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented action, as well as confident appearance and goal-oriented communication even in challenging situations
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey results and concepts to cross-functional team members
